Jean Greenhowe's knitting instructions are very precise, making it a breeze to knit up. I have many of her books, and only knitted so far the donuts from another book. It turned out gorgeous. And my friends really liked that pattern. I am currently working on another project, but if I get frustrated with it I will start the hot air balloon. It will give me a sense of accomplishment. Then I will get back to my other project. Growing up in Europe, I learned to love the liquorice on page 7, so I might knit up some of them to use up my small stash of yarns. The Desk Tidy, is another project on my to knit list (getting long and longer...sigh ;))
