Description
A different way, and different look for a basic ribbed hat. This one has a cuffed edge with a picot border. This is fairly easy to knit! Uses worsted weight yarns, and knitting needles US # 7, in 16 inch circular length. Also , a set of double pointed needles for very top of hat shaping. One size fits most. A nice style for teens, moms and grandmas!
