This is our old favorite to wear! We designed this for extra room to tuck in a ponytail, or extra long hair, up inside the hat. Even with short hair, we love the extra poof it has when worn. It is similar to the popular slouchy hats everyone so loves. This is so very easy to knit! Uses worsted weight yarn, and only 1 pair each of knitting needles, US # 5, and # 10½. Easy back seam to sew! Children love this style too, so make a lot of these. Add stripes and use up your leftover yarns!
