Everyone loves to knit hats! No matter what time of year, people are knitting hats, so Summer is a great time to start those Fall and Winter hat projects.  Make tons of them by Fall! These are great new styles, and the patterns are easy to follow, so you can whip these up in no time.  Patterns use medium and bulky weight yarns (sizes 4 and 5), and knitting needles from size 8 to 11. Many of these patterns work up so very quickly that average knitters can make 3 or more in a weekend.
