Use these as a children’s party project, or girl scout or boy scout project too! You can hang these on the Christmas tree, or tie one you your purse. You can hang all over the house and in children’s rooms. Make each one in a different color for a fun afternoon project! Uses scraps of worsted weight yarns, and a 4 inch piece of cardboard.
